Almost all of us now know how important it is to use regular four-season sunscreen in terms of delaying skin aging and protecting against skin cancers. The average shelf life of sunscreen creams is 2-3 years if the box is not opened. However, they should be consumed within 9-12 months after opening.

Güneş koruyucu krem güneşe çıkmadan en az 15 dakika kadar önce cilde sürülmelidir. Eğer sonrasında hep güneşli ortamda bulunulacaksa 2 saatte bir, eğer kapalı ortamda bulunulacaksa 4 saatte bir tekrarlanmalıdır.
